Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a stunning experience, combining natural beauty with warm hospitality. The grounds were remarkable, featuring wildlife such as zebras and giraffes right outside our room. While the service was exceptional, our room was a bit small and cluttered with oversized furniture. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return.
We had an incredible time at this luxurious resort, enjoying spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the Zambezi River. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and attentive. While breakfast was superb, the dinner options left a bit to be desired, and the Wi-Fi connection could use some improvement. The surrounding wildlife, including elephants and giraffes, made our stay unforgettable, along with the proximity to Victoria Falls.
The hotel is beautifully located on the banks of the Zambezi River, with amazing views and wildlife right at your doorstep. The rooms are well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay with good linens. However, the service at the restaurants can be quite slow, and I felt the dining menu could use some improvement. While breakfast was a highlight, everything else needed more attention to detail.
The hotel is set in a stunning location on the banks of the Zambezi River, making it ideal for a range of river-based activities. While the rooms were exceptional and the staff generally obliging, I did encounter a few service inconsistencies and disappointing dining experiences. Overall, it’s a beautiful place worth visiting but not without its flaws.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely a dream come true! The setting is stunning, with amazing views of the river and wildlife all around. Our room was beautifully upgraded, making our anniversary celebration even more special. The service was beyond attentive with every staff member eager to ensure we had the best time possible. However, it's worth noting that the dining experience, while generally good, could benefit from a bit more variety. Overall, it's a fantastic place to unwind and connect with nature.
